For you as a buyer

About your personal information as users of Claiton’s system

We store the personal information provided by you or your employer at yes.claiton.com. We do this to be able to fulfill the agreement between the company you represent and Claiton AB.
The purpose is to give each user an individual login to the system so that you can perform your tasks. When you work in the system, what you have done is logged on your username. Your name can also appear in statistics files. Unfortunately, if you do not want your data to be saved by the system, you cannot, unfortunately, be a registered user of the system.

Who has access to your information?

Your business contact information may be disclosed to the counterparty (buyer/seller) who needs to contact you regarding a specific case.
Your employer also has access to your information and is the one who finally decides who should be the company’s registered users.

Keeping your personal information safe and secure is a central part of our system. We have taken appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect the information we have against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, clearance, alteration, and destruction. Your data is stored as long as required by the agreement between the company you represent and Claiton.

Rights

You have the right to access your information. Partly if you want to know what information we have about you, if you want to get any information corrected, handed out or deleted, or if you want to limit how the information is used. As long as this does not conflict with other legal requirements (eg how long we have to save them) we will fulfill it.
Contact the Data Protection Officer and we will help you as soon as possible.
