Claiton AB is a modern, tech-centered small company that supplies insurance companies with low cost & high value products. The small company part is working well, we are about 20 people in total. The customer side is also working great with about 20 customers online and 3 more on the way.
The mission Claiton is taking upon itself is to be the company that automatizes the insurance world. Insurtech is an exciting area where many things are happening quickly on all fronts, and we want to further leverage our unique product and add value to our customers.
The team is made up of 3 very responsible developers with a very steady focus on business goals and agile work methodologies.
The product is a multilayered system with high complexity and well-defined processes. It is built from the ground-up in house and consists of multiple libraries and technologies all cantered on .Net and C#.
The work we see ahead of us is to modernize our systems to more modern standards. We are in the middle of a change-journey. We have accomplished a lot and have considerable momentum in this area.

Your knowledge and experience
The outmost marking quality is to have a deep interest and a certain level of love for the art that is coding, problem solving and learning in a developer team.
We require that you have a couple of years of actual work in the field and an engineering degree in a relevant area. I would also see it as beneficial if you have worked within the Azure cloud space for more than a year.
Backend requirements: .Net, C#, MVC, Core, SQL
Frontend requirements: Razor, jquery, javascript, HTML, CSS, BootStrap
Bonus requirements: Blazor, MAUI, Angular, NHibernate, Windsor Castle
Your personality
You are a curious, proactive and a forward-looking person. You ask questions rather than assume or guess. You believe teamwork makes the dream work and you have a can-do attitude. You prefer to get work done in small incremental releases rather than work on giant builds on your own. You are able to write down important documentation in an understandable manner in English and you work well with other people.
